Putting together a styled shoot is always an exciting prospect, your creative mind goes wild!

However, at Susie Evans Co we always want to create something beautiful but also achievable. The wedding industry is ‘pushing’ for micro and intimate weddings – there are an abundance of gorgeous imagery and styled shoots but a lot of what is out there isn’t practical – it would either require a huge budget or wouldn’t actually work for a covid event.

We hoped with our shoot to show that you could still create a super stylish wedding at home for smaller numbers. I should note when the shoot was organised weddings at home were still a go but you could happily move this idea to a covid secure venue!

The concept for the shoot was ‘Jazz café’ and with a selection of Surrey and Sussex’ best suppliers on board we knew we had the opportunity to create something brilliant. Everyone had the mindset of making this achievable and an event they would actually want to attend!
